Customers often work to modify the diameter of their finished tissue rolls. During one of these product transitions we were called to help retrofit a piece of equipment that was dropping rolls of re-wound tissue. The project engineers at the customer site outline a change to the dimensions of their Jones Buckets and we re-designed the replacement parts to their specifications and developed an internal manufacturing process to produce the replacement parts.
