When our project lead began to work with the project engineers at Georgia Pacific, to mitigate the risk of cut injuries around their slitter saw, we looked to solutions beyond our internal manufacturing capability. When Converting Storeroom identified a source of cut proof fabric we worked directly with that source to develop a custom safety blanket that could be placed around a slitter blade quickly, easily, and would minimize the risk of human contact with the saw blade. This is a great example of the sourcing services we can offer along with our design service and problem solving capability.
