Our ergonomic core chuck increases the safety factor for operators by eliminating the pinch point between the core chuck and the parent roll. Hand holes flare away from the paper roll. This reduces risk of finger and hand injury when inserting core chucks into the parent roll. While originally designed for a hard wound line this configuration will work in other tissue applications. This core chuck configuration also eliminates the need for a separate mandrel core chuck given it’s one piece design.

Our ergonomic core chucks have been designed for 8” and 10” diameter parent rolls and is not available in larger diameters. Consider our one-piece or two-piece core chucks for larger applications.
